Nick Tiffany
FOUNDER/OWNER - COACH
Premier Training Center was a dream that became a reality for head coach Nick Tiffany who began gymnastics at age 5 and was awarded a spot on the junior olympic team.
His passion for gymnastics has grown and extended to training not only gymnasts but cheerleaders, dancers and more!
He prides himself on teaching skills the correct way and keeping the environment safe and FUN!

Christina Buzzeo
MANAGER - PROGRAM DIRECTOR - COACH
Christina is a UConn graduate and handles the inside and outs of the gym. Christina’s love for cheerleading started when she was 11 years old as she was a part of an All Star program here in Danbury! She started helping out at her local rec-center teaching tumbling to Ages 3-8 when she was just 15.
She loves the community feel of the gym where she is able to build relationships with all of the families and kids, supporting them and helping them grow.
Her favorite part of being a cheer coach is inspiring her athletes and pushing them to be the best they can be. She believes that with hard work, anything is possible and instills this positive mentality to all!

Sarah Daly
COACH
Sarah started her career as a gymnast for 8 years until she discovered all star cheer and instantly fell in love. She went on to cheer for 7 years here in Connecticut and then moved to spend 2 more seasons with California All-Stars, competing at the world championships 5 times.
Sarah now loves coaching and spreading her love and passion for cheer to all the athletes! She loves getting to know all the kids and watching them learn and grow on and off the mat.

Joeli Kondrat
COACH
Joeli’s love for All Star Cheer began at the age of 9 years old, and then went on for the next fifteen years as a coach and athlete; even competed at The Cheerleading Worlds in 2015. After the long stretch as an All Star Cheerleader and coach, Joeli went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Along with making her return back into the cheer industry, Joeli is also a professor at Central Connecticut State University. She loves to teach! Helping individuals grow and develop into the best athlete/ person they can be is the best reward.

Jason Graham
COACH
Jason Graham’s career in the cheer industry began as a competitive gymnast. When he was 14, he discovered cheerleading and fell in love with the sport! His love for the sport as an athlete grew into various coaching and choreography jobs. Jason is the former Owner and Director of Pro Athletics All-Stars out of Massachusetts. After 10 successful years he decided it was time to make his way to Key West! Jason has guided teams to numerous National Championships, including NCA All-Star & High School, Cheer Sport & Summit! Jason has also choreographed numerous national championship routines as well.
Jason is well known in the cheer industry for his extensive experience with every level of cheer & tumble! He has a strong passion for teaching tumbling to all levels and abilities! He is known for teaching impeccable technique and making athletes get the most out of this sport!
